REGISTRATION
1. One full month written notice from the first of the month is required for voluntary withdrawal from the program.
2. To stop payments coming out on the first of the month, notice must be given by the 1st day of the preceding month. Partial months will not be refunded. i.e. written notice given Feb 1st will stop payments coming out on March 1st but notice given on February 15th will not qualify for payments to stop for March.
3. Athletes may continue to train during their notice period.
4. Season commitment deposits are non-refundable.
5. Program withdrawals are subject to a $25.00 Admin Fee
6. If a gymnast is injured or becomes ill during the period in which he or she is registered for a gymnastics program and, as a result, is unable to participate in any aspect of the program for a period of more than four consecutive weeks, the gymnast or his or her parents may submit a request, supported by a letter from a physician, in writing to the club requesting a refund of fees for that time period of inactivity. The club shall consider the request based on the intent of this policy. No refunds shall be granted due to injury or illness if a gymnast is able to participate in some aspect of the program during injury or illness, or if the gymnast is able to participate in any aspect of the program for less than four consecutive weeks.
Payment Method - Registration for programs must be done through our online database, Uplifter. We accept Visa and Master Card
Membership/Alberta Gymnastics Federation Fee - Prices do not include the Annual Athlete Membership fee for Season July 1 2021-June 30 2022. Membership fee includes insurance and registration fees through Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF), registration fees through Gymnastics Canada (GCG), processing and administration fees. Registration and insurance fees are paid directly to AGF and GCG and are non refundable but is transferable to other AGF member clubs.THIS FEE WILL BE APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY TO YOUR SHOPPING CART.
Cancellation/Refund Policy – Classes must have at least 3 participants to be viable to run. In cases where this number is not reached one week prior to its start, the class will be cancelled and an alternative class offered or full refund given.
